Our Nissan Micra K11 Gear Stick Stabiliser Front Bush Kit replaces the original front stabiliser bush with a firmer, more positive mounting arrangement, helping to reduce unwanted movement within the factory gear linkage.

Reducing movement at the front stabiliser mounting point can dramatically improve gear change feel and mechanical feedback through the gear stick, providing a more direct connection between the driver and gearbox.

A simple but effective upgrade for K11s suffering from a vague or excessively flexible factory gear change.

Improved Gear Change Feel

The stabiliser bar forms an important part of the K11's factory gear linkage, helping to control movement of the selector mechanism as the gear stick is operated.

As the original bushes age and soften, additional movement can develop within the linkage. This can contribute to a vague or less precise feeling when selecting gears.

Replacing the front stabiliser bush with our upgraded bush kit helps reduce this unwanted movement, resulting in a firmer and more mechanical gear change feel.

For the best results, the condition of the remaining gear linkage bushes, brackets and engine mounts should also be checked, as wear elsewhere in the system can contribute to excessive movement.

⚠️ Important – Early K11 Compatibility

These bushes do NOT fit the very early 1992-1995 K11 gear linkage design.

Early K11 models can use a different front stabiliser mounting arrangement which is incompatible with this bush kit.

Please refer to the comparison photographs below and check which linkage is fitted to your vehicle before ordering.

Registration year alone should not be relied upon to determine compatibility, particularly on vehicles where gearboxes, engines or linkage components may have previously been replaced.

Installation

The kit is supplied with two bush halves and the required crush tube and is designed to re-use the vehicle's existing mounting hardware.

Professional installation is recommended.

During installation, we recommend inspecting the remaining gear linkage components for excessive wear or damage, as worn surrounding components can affect the overall improvement achieved.

12-Month Warranty*

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion, where inspection confirms a manufacturing or material defect.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect installation, use with an incompatible early linkage, physical damage, misuse, modification, damage caused by worn or defective surrounding components, or other external causes.
