Improved Gear Change Feel

The factory gear linkage uses a stabiliser assembly to help control movement of the gear selector mechanism.

Any unwanted movement at its mounting points can contribute to a less precise or disconnected feeling through the gear stick.

Our rear stabiliser bracket provides a more positive mounting arrangement, helping to reduce this movement and giving the driver a more direct, mechanical connection to the gear linkage.

Installation

The bracket is designed to re-use the existing factory mounting hardware.

As with all drivetrain and gear linkage components, we recommend checking the condition of the surrounding bushes, mounts and linkage components during installation. Excessive wear elsewhere in the gear linkage may affect the overall improvement achieved.

Professional installation is recommended.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion, where inspection confirms a manufacturing or material defect.
