How It Works

Remove & Clean

Take your wheel to a local tyre shop (we're not insured to remove wheels). Have them remove the wheel and tyre. Wash the wheel before bringing it to us.

Drop Off

For Friday pre-booked repairs, drop off before 10am. For emergency repairs, call ahead to check availability.

We Weld It

We grind away paint/coating, weld the crack, and prepare the outer side for tyre installation. Inner side left proud for strength.

Collection

Friday repairs ready after 4pm. Take it back to the tyre shop for tyre reinstallation. No collection/delivery service available.

  • NO warranty or guarantee provided
  • Considered TEMPORARY repair only
  • Weakened due to HAZ (Heat Affected Zone)
  • Can split again — could last 2 minutes, 2 weeks, or 2 years
  • Cracked alloys are now MOT failures
