Exhaust manifold gaskets operate in one of the harshest environments on the engine, subjected to repeated heating and cooling cycles alongside constant exhaust pressure and vibration.

These gaskets are manufactured from high-temperature graphite-infused carbon steel, combining the sealing properties of graphite with the strength and stability of a steel-based gasket construction.

The material is designed to withstand operating temperatures exceeding those normally encountered within automotive exhaust systems.

CNC Cut

Each gasket is CNC cut, providing consistent port and bolt-hole positioning for accurate fitment.

This makes them suitable for use when installing replacement or performance exhaust manifolds where a reliable cylinder-head-to-manifold seal is essential.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, no studs, nuts or other exhaust hardware are included.

Installation

We recommend replacing exhaust manifold gaskets whenever the manifold has been removed rather than relying on previously compressed gasket material.

Before installation, both mating surfaces should be clean, flat and free from old gasket material, corrosion and debris.

Manifold fasteners should be tightened progressively and to the appropriate specification.

If an exhaust leak develops shortly after installation, the manifold and cylinder-head mating surfaces should be checked for distortion or damage rather than assuming the gasket itself is responsible.

12-Month Warranty*

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase.

As exhaust manifold gaskets are sealing components subjected to heat cycles and compression, the warranty does not cover normal deterioration, incorrect installation, reuse after removal, damaged or warped mating surfaces, incorrectly tightened fasteners, excessive exhaust temperatures caused by engine or tuning faults, or failure resulting from movement or damage elsewhere within the exhaust system.
