New 6-Bar Reinforced Design

The latest version of our K11 X-Brace uses a 6-bar configuration to provide additional reinforcement and triangulation across the rear of the vehicle.

Rather than simply linking two points together, the X-Brace connects multiple areas of the rear chassis to create a more rigid structure.

The design links the:

• Rear Upper Seat Belt Mounting Areas
• Rear Strut Tower Areas
• Opposing Upper Mounting Points

The additional bracing helps distribute loads across multiple mounting locations rather than relying on a single straight brace.

Why Increase Chassis Rigidity?

The suspension can only work as consistently as the structure supporting it.

When the chassis flexes under cornering loads, some of the movement that should be controlled by the springs, dampers, tyres and suspension geometry can instead be absorbed by the vehicle's structure.

Increasing chassis rigidity can help provide:

Fully Welded Construction

The main X-Brace structure is supplied as a fully welded assembly, providing a rigid connection between the individual reinforcing bars.

Each assembly is precision TIG welded before being finished in our signature Metallic Grey powder coat.

Separate mounting brackets are finished in Black powder coat, providing a contrasting finish while protecting the steel components from corrosion.

Direct Bolt-In Installation

The brace has been designed around existing mounting locations within the K11 chassis.

This provides a straightforward bolt-in installation without requiring the brace itself to be permanently welded into the vehicle.

Stainless Steel Fitting Hardware Included

The required stainless steel fitting hardware is supplied with the brace.

As with any chassis reinforcement component, the mounting areas should be inspected before installation.

Given the age of the K11 platform, particular attention should be paid to:

MUST NOT BE USED TO MOUNT OR SECURE HARNESSES, SEAT BELTS OR ANY OTHER OCCUPANT RESTRAINT OR SAFETY EQUIPMENT.

The brace has been designed specifically to increase chassis rigidity. It has not been designed, tested or homologated to perform the function of a roll cage, harness bar or occupant restraint mounting structure.

If the vehicle is being prepared for competition, all roll-over protection, harnesses, seats and restraint systems must be installed in accordance with the applicable motorsport regulations and component manufacturer's instructions.

12-Month Warranty*

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion, where inspection confirms a manufacturing or material defect.

The warranty does not cover incorrect installation, accident or impact damage, motorsport accident damage, modification of the brace, corrosion caused by damage to the protective coating, installation onto damaged or corroded mounting points, or use of the product as a harness, seat belt, restraint or structural safety mounting device.
