Purpose-built for installing a Honda K-Series engine into the Nissan Micra K11, our K-Swap Exhaust Manifold has been designed specifically around the engine position established by our K11 K-Swap Mounting Kit.

This isn't a generic K-Series conversion manifold adapted to fit the Micra. It has been developed specifically around the limited space available within the K11 chassis, providing a ready-made exhaust solution for one of the more challenging parts of the conversion.

Specifically Designed for the K11 K-Swap

One of the biggest challenges when installing a Honda K-Series engine into a K11 is simply finding enough room for everything.

The exhaust manifold needs to clear the K11 chassis while working around the engine, gearbox and surrounding conversion components.

Our manifold has therefore been developed around the specific engine and gearbox position created by our K11 K-Swap Mounting Kit.

This removes the need to purchase a generic Honda conversion manifold and then extensively modify it in an attempt to make it work within the K11 chassis.

This manifold is specifically designed to work with the engine position established by the:

Fitment cannot be guaranteed where alternative engine mounts or a different engine/gearbox position have been used.

Even relatively small changes in engine position or angle can substantially alter manifold and exhaust clearance within the K11 engine bay.

Although both belong to the Honda K-Series family, differences between K20 and K24 installations mean the correct manifold should be selected for the engine being used.

4-1 Performance Design

The manifold uses a 4-into-1 configuration, bringing all four primary runners together into a single collector.

A 4-1 configuration is generally associated with a greater emphasis on exhaust performance higher in the engine's RPM range, making it well suited to the characteristics of a performance K-Series conversion.

No specific horsepower increase is guaranteed by the manifold alone.

1.75" Primary Tubes

The manifold uses:

1.75" Primaries

providing a suitably sized exhaust path for the higher-flowing K-Series engine while still allowing the manifold to be packaged within the compact K11 chassis.

2.5" Collector

The four primary runners merge into a:

2.5" Collector

This provides a strong foundation for a performance exhaust system and complements the larger-bore exhaust arrangement typically required by a K-Swapped K11.

The manifold has been developed to terminate around the factory K11 exhaust position within the transmission/gear tunnel area, making fabrication of the remainder of the exhaust considerably more straightforward.

It also complements our 2.5" K11 exhaust system for customers building a complete conversion.

All-Stainless Construction

The manifold is manufactured entirely from stainless steel and hand fabricated for the application.

Stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability while being ideally suited to high-temperature performance exhaust applications.

Developed as Part of the Complete K-Swap Package

Our aim when developing the K11 K-Swap package wasn't simply to manufacture engine mounts.

The mounts solve the problem of physically positioning the Honda drivetrain in the car, but that still leaves several significant conversion challenges for the customer to solve.

The exhaust manifold is one of them.

By developing a manifold specifically around our conversion position, we've taken another substantial fabrication job out of the K-Swap process.

Combined with our conversion driveshafts and other K-Swap components, it allows customers to start with a collection of parts that have actually been designed to work together within the K11 chassis.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, gaskets, cylinder head studs/nuts, downstream exhaust components, lambda sensors and other installation hardware are not included.

Professional Installation Required

This manifold forms part of a substantial engine conversion and should be installed by a suitably qualified professional.

Before final installation:

• Confirm Correct K20/K24 Variant
• Confirm Engine is Positioned Using the GizFab Mounting Kit
• Check Cylinder Head Flange Alignment
• Check Chassis Clearance
• Check Steering & Drivetrain Clearance
• Check Clearance throughout Engine Movement
• Check Exhaust Alignment
• Ensure the Downstream Exhaust is Properly Supported
• Check Lambda Sensor & Wiring Clearance where applicable
• Check for Exhaust Leaks after Installation

The manifold should not be used to support excessive weight from an incorrectly aligned or inadequately supported exhaust system.

⚠️ ENGINE CONVERSION COMPONENT

This product is specifically intended for a Honda K-Series converted Nissan Micra K11.

It is not a replacement manifold for a standard K11 and will not fit the original Nissan CG engine.

Significant additional modifications are required to install a K-Series drivetrain into the K11 chassis.

Motorsport / Off-Road Use

This manifold is designed for modified vehicles, engine conversions, motorsport and off-road applications.

The purchaser and installer are responsible for ensuring the complete engine conversion and exhaust system comply with any regulations applicable to the vehicle and its intended use.

12-Month Warranty*

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion, where inspection confirms a manufacturing or material defect.

The warranty does not cover incorrect installation, use with alternative engine mounting positions, inadequate exhaust support, excessive exhaust system load, physical or accident damage, modification, impact with the chassis or surrounding components, engine movement caused by defective mounts or failure resulting from surrounding components.

The warranty applies to the GizFab-manufactured manifold only and does not cover engines, exhaust systems, lambda sensors, gaskets, labour, tuning, removal/refitting costs or consequential damage.
