What's Included?

The kit consists of:

• 1x Upper Radiator Hose
• 1x Lower Radiator Hose
• 1x Thermostat Bypass Hose

Together, these replace the three principal coolant hoses within the K11 radiator and thermostat circuit.

4-Ply Silicone Construction

The hoses feature a 4-ply reinforced silicone construction, providing a durable replacement for ageing factory rubber coolant hoses.

They're particularly useful when refreshing an older K11 cooling system, where the original hoses may have become hardened, swollen, cracked or generally deteriorated after years of heat cycles.

And, of course, they make the engine bay look considerably tidier while you're at it.

BLACK Only

These hoses are supplied exclusively in BLACK.

Rather than the usual brightly coloured aftermarket silicone hoses, we opted for a more understated finish that works well in both standard and modified engine bays.

Each set is finished with our GizFab branding to distinguish it from a generic replacement hose kit.

Installation

Professional installation is recommended.

The cooling system must be drained before installation and the hose connections should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before fitting.

Suitable hose clamps should be used and all connections checked for leaks once the cooling system has been refilled and correctly bled.

Hose clamps and coolant are not included unless otherwise stated.

12-Month Warranty*

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion, where inspection confirms a manufacturing or material defect.

The warranty does not cover normal deterioration, incorrect installation, physical damage, misuse, contact with incompatible fluids, excessive engine or cooling-system temperatures, excessive pressure, incorrect hose clamping or failure of surrounding cooling-system components.
