Nissan Micra K11 Mani-Cat Delete - Distributor / Dizzy Engines

The GizFab K11 Mani-Cat Delete is designed to replace the factory manifold-mounted catalytic converter fitted to compatible Distributor (Dizzy) Nissan Micra K11 engines.

It replaces the restrictive OEM mani-cat section while retaining the original manifold arrangement, making it suitable for motorsport, off-road and testing applications where the factory primary catalyst is no longer required.

THIS VERSION IS DESIGNED FOR K11 MICRAS WITH THE DISTRIBUTOR / DIZZY ENGINE CONFIGURATION.

It should not be assumed to fit later Coilpack K11 models.

If your vehicle has been engine-swapped or modified during its lifetime, identify the components physically fitted to the vehicle rather than relying solely on registration year.

Replaces the Factory Mani-Cat

On compatible K11 models, the primary catalytic converter forms part of the exhaust manifold assembly.

The Mani-Cat Delete replaces this original catalytic converter section while allowing the factory manifold arrangement to be retained.

This makes it a useful option where the customer specifically wants to remove the original manifold catalyst without replacing the complete exhaust manifold.

Removing the catalyst reduces exhaust restriction through this section, although no specific horsepower increase is guaranteed. The actual effect will depend on the condition and specification of the engine and complete exhaust system.

⚠️ UPPER GASKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED

The Mani-Cat Delete is designed to re-use the factory upper mesh gasket and crush seal.

THE FACTORY UPPER MESH GASKET AND CRUSH SEAL ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT.

The condition of the existing seals should be carefully inspected during installation.

If they are damaged, excessively worn or unsuitable for reuse, they should be replaced before installation.

Do not attempt to compensate for damaged or incorrectly seated exhaust seals by excessively tightening the mounting hardware.

Professional Installation Recommended

This product should be installed by a suitably qualified professional.

Before installation, inspect the factory exhaust manifold, mating surfaces, studs, threads and surrounding exhaust components for damage or excessive corrosion.

Following installation, the exhaust system should be checked for leaks and adequate clearance from surrounding components.

INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT REMOVES THE FACTORY PRIMARY CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND THEREFORE REMOVES PART OF THE VEHICLE'S ORIGINAL EMISSIONS-CONTROL SYSTEM.

This may cause the vehicle to:

• Fail an MOT or Equivalent Vehicle Inspection
• Fail an Emissions Test
• Exceed Permitted Exhaust Emissions
• Become Illegal or Unroadworthy for Public-Road Use

The exact requirements vary between countries and jurisdictions.

The purchaser and installer are responsible for determining the emissions and roadworthiness requirements applicable to the vehicle.

Motorsport, Off-Road & Testing Use Only

This product is intended for motorsport, off-road and testing applications only.

It should not be installed on a road-going vehicle where removal of the original catalytic converter would breach applicable emissions, construction, roadworthiness or inspection requirements.

12-Month Warranty*

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion, where inspection confirms a manufacturing or material defect.

The warranty does not cover incorrect installation, damaged or incorrectly reused factory seals, exhaust leaks caused by worn mating components, excessive tightening, modification, impact damage, misuse, exhaust system misalignment or damage caused by unsupported or defective surrounding exhaust components.

The warranty does not guarantee compliance with any emissions standard, MOT requirement, inspection requirement or other roadworthiness legislation.
