Upgrade the fuel system on your later Nissan Micra K11 with our High-Flow Billet Aluminium Fuel Rail, designed specifically for 2000–2002 Coilpack CGA3DE engines using 14mm top-feed injectors.

Machined from billet aluminium and finished in black anodising, the rail provides a clean foundation for upgraded fuel systems where increased fuel delivery, aftermarket injectors and a remotely mounted adjustable fuel pressure regulator are required.

A machined hexagonal detail provides a distinctive finish while retaining a subtle OEM+ appearance within the engine bay.

Please confirm your engine and injector configuration before ordering.

Earlier distributor-engine K11 fuel systems use a different arrangement and should not be assumed to be compatible with this rail.

14mm Top-Feed Injectors

The rail is designed around 14mm top-feed fuel injectors, making it suitable for performance applications where the factory fuel system is being upgraded with appropriately sized aftermarket injectors.

Injector flow rate should be selected according to the engine specification, fuel type, target power and required fuel pressure.

Fuel injectors are not included.

Remote Fuel Pressure Regulator Required

This fuel rail is designed to be used with a remotely mounted fuel pressure regulator rather than the original rail-mounted regulator arrangement.

This provides greater flexibility when building a modified fuel system and allows the regulator to be positioned appropriately within the engine bay.

Fuel pressure regulator, hoses and associated fittings are not included.

M14x1.5 Fuel Connections

The rail features M14x1.5 threaded end connections, allowing the installer to select appropriate fittings for the intended fuel system layout.

Fuel rail end fittings are NOT included.

This allows the rail to be configured around the individual installation rather than supplying fittings which may not suit every fuel system.

Fuel Pressure Gauge Port

A dedicated 1/8" NPT port is incorporated into the rail for installation of a suitable fuel pressure gauge or pressure sensor.

If the port is not required, a threaded port bung is supplied.

This makes it easy to monitor fuel pressure during initial setup, diagnostics or ongoing engine management monitoring.

Professional Installation Recommended

Professional installation by a suitably qualified technician is strongly recommended.

The fuel system is a safety-critical part of the vehicle and incorrect installation can result in fuel leakage and a serious fire risk.

The installer is responsible for selecting suitable fuel-rated hoses, fittings, seals and pressure-regulation components for the intended application.

Following installation, the complete fuel system should be pressure tested and carefully inspected for leaks before the engine is started.

Fuel pressure should then be correctly set and verified before the vehicle is operated.

Where larger injectors or fuel-system modifications are being installed, appropriate ECU calibration may also be required.

12-Month Warranty*

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion, where inspection confirms a manufacturing or material defect.

The warranty does not cover damage or leakage resulting from incorrect installation, incorrect fittings, damaged threads, unsuitable seals or hoses, excessive fuel pressure, incompatible fuels, modification, physical damage or failure of surrounding fuel-system components.
