Vauxhall VXR8 Adjustable Rear Toe Arms

Designed and manufactured by GizFab, our Vauxhall VXR8 Adjustable Rear Toe Arms provide additional rear suspension adjustment for lowered, modified and performance-focused vehicles.

Lowering the VXR8 changes the operating position of the rear suspension and can alter wheel alignment from its intended geometry. Adjustable toe arms provide the additional range required to correctly set the rear toe alignment for the vehicle's ride height and suspension setup.

Supplied polyurethane bushed, fully assembled and ready for installation.

Why Fit Adjustable Rear Toe Arms?

Toe describes the direction each wheel points when viewed from above.

Even relatively small changes in rear toe can influence:

• Straight-Line Stability
• Turn-In Response
• Rear-End Stability
• Tyre Wear
• Vehicle Behaviour Under Acceleration

The factory suspension geometry is designed around the original ride height and standard suspension configuration.

When a VXR8 is lowered or its suspension geometry otherwise altered, the original adjustment range may no longer provide the flexibility required to achieve the desired rear alignment.

Adjustable toe arms allow their effective length to be altered, providing additional control over rear toe during a professional wheel alignment.

Particularly Important on Lowered Vehicles

Changing ride height changes the resting position of the suspension arms and therefore the geometry at which the wheel operates.

An adjustable toe arm allows the rear suspension to be correctly set up around the vehicle's actual modified ride height, rather than simply accepting whatever geometry results from lowering the car.

Adjustable Design

The integrated threaded adjusters allow the effective length of the toe arms to be altered during suspension setup.

The adjusters feature a yellow zinc-plated finish for enhanced corrosion resistance against moisture, road dirt and the conditions encountered underneath the vehicle.

Once the desired alignment has been achieved, all locking hardware must be securely tightened.

Polyurethane Bushed

The arms are supplied with polyurethane bushes, providing more positive suspension location than excessively soft or deteriorated original rubber bushes.

Reduced compliance helps maintain more consistent suspension geometry as loads are transferred through the rear suspension.

As with most uprated suspension bushes, some additional noise, vibration or harshness may be noticeable compared with the original rubber components.

Dark Grey Metallic Powder-Coated Finish

The arms are finished in our signature dark grey metallic powder coat, providing a durable and professional finish while helping protect the steel components from the underbody environment.

As with all adjustable suspension components, periodic cleaning and inspection are recommended.

Adjustment threads should be kept clean and maintained to prevent corrosion or seizure.

Supplied Assembled & Ready for Fitting

The toe arms are supplied fully assembled and ready for installation.

Final adjustment must still be carried out on the individual vehicle to suit its ride height, wheel and tyre setup and intended use.

⚠️ PROFESSIONAL WHEEL ALIGNMENT REQUIRED

A professional four-wheel alignment should be carried out following installation.

These arms should not simply be adjusted to visually straighten the wheels or set to an arbitrary length.

Rear toe should be accurately measured using appropriate wheel-alignment equipment.

Incorrect rear toe settings can result in:

The ideal alignment specification will depend on whether the vehicle is intended for normal road use, fast-road driving or competition.

When adjusting the arms, always maintain adequate thread engagement and ensure all locking hardware is correctly secured.

12-Month Warranty*

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion, where inspection confirms a manufacturing or material defect.

The warranty does not cover normal bush wear, cosmetic deterioration, corrosion resulting from coating damage or inadequate maintenance, damaged or seized adjustment threads, incorrect installation or adjustment, insufficient thread engagement, incorrect wheel alignment, modification, accident or impact damage, misuse or damage resulting from defective surrounding suspension or chassis components.
