Designed by GizFab and 3D printed from 316 stainless steel, this adapter combines the turbine outlet flange and downpipe transition into a single component with an extremely compact 20mm overall height.

Ideal for custom turbo conversions, downpipe fabrication and manufacturers producing their own turbo kits.

5-Bolt T25/T28 to 2.5" Transition

The adapter is designed around the common 5-bolt T25/T28-style turbine outlet arrangement, transitioning into a 2.5" outlet ready for fabrication of the remainder of the downpipe.

Rather than fabricating a flange and transition from several individual components, the adapter provides both as a single 3D printed stainless steel part.

Simply incorporate the adapter into your fabrication and continue rearwards in 2.5" tubing.

Ultra-Compact 20mm Height

The overall height of the adapter is just:

20mm

This makes it particularly useful for installations where clearance around the turbocharger is extremely limited.

The short transition helps maximise the available space for routing the downpipe around surrounding components such as the firewall, radiator, engine, gearbox and driveshafts.

3D Printed 316 Stainless Steel

Each adapter is manufactured using metal additive manufacturing from 316 stainless steel.

3D printing allows the flange and exhaust transition to be produced as one integrated component while providing considerably more freedom over the internal geometry than a conventionally fabricated adapter.

The result is a compact stainless component ready to be incorporated into a custom downpipe.

Discreet GMD Branding

Standard retail adapters feature a discreet GMD logo.

We appreciate that many customers purchasing these adapters are professional fabricators and businesses producing components under their own brand.

The GMD logo has therefore deliberately been positioned in an area where it can be easily ground away during fabrication if you would prefer the finished downpipe to carry only your own branding.

⚠️ Check Your Turbo Before Ordering

Although commonly described as a T25/T28 5-bolt outlet, turbine housing specifications can vary between manufacturers, turbo models and aftermarket replacement housings.

Customers should confirm the actual turbine outlet configuration of their turbocharger before ordering.

The T25 or T28 description alone should not be relied upon as a guarantee of flange compatibility.

Fabrication Notes

This is a fabrication component and should be installed by somebody experienced in stainless steel exhaust and turbocharger fabrication.

Before final welding:

• Trial Fit the Adapter
• Check Downpipe Routing
• Check Clearance to Surrounding Components
• Allow for Engine & Drivetrain Movement
• Ensure the Completed Exhaust is Adequately Supported

The turbocharger and adapter should not be expected to support excessive unsupported exhaust system weight.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, gaskets, studs, nuts, exhaust tubing and other fabrication components are not included.

12-Month Warranty*

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion, where inspection confirms a manufacturing or material defect.

The warranty does not cover incorrect turbo compatibility, incorrect installation, fabrication errors, excessive unsupported exhaust weight, physical impact, modification, overheating caused by surrounding system faults or damage occurring during welding, grinding or fabrication.

Removal of the standard GMD logo for branding purposes does not by itself invalidate the warranty, provided the grinding operation does not compromise the structural integrity of the component.
