Yellow Speed Racing developed the Dynamic Pro Sport range for enthusiasts wanting greater suspension control and adjustability while retaining a setup that remains usable on the road.

Rather than being an uncompromising competition-only coilover, the Dynamic Pro Sport is designed to provide a balance between:

This makes the kit particularly well suited to modified K13s that are regularly driven on the road but may also see occasional track use.

5kg/mm Front & 3kg/mm Rear Spring Rates

This K13 application is supplied with:

Front: 5kg/mm
Rear: 3kg/mm

These spring rates provide a firmer and more controlled suspension setup than the standard Nissan suspension while retaining a specification intended to remain suitable for road use.

Expect a more direct and performance-focused ride compared with the original factory suspension.

33-Way Adjustable Damping

The Dynamic Pro Sport coilovers feature 33-way adjustable damping, allowing the suspension characteristics to be fine-tuned to suit the vehicle, road conditions and driver's preference.

⚠️ Firmer Isn't Automatically Better

Setting the dampers to maximum stiffness does not automatically make the vehicle handle better.

If the damping is too firm for the road surface or tyre being used, the suspension may struggle to follow uneven surfaces effectively.

The best setting is the one that works with the complete vehicle and conditions.

⚠️ OEM Top Mounts Are Reused

FRONT AND REAR TOP MOUNTS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS K13 KIT.

This application is designed to reuse the appropriate OEM Nissan upper mounting components.

Given the age and mileage of many K13s, we strongly recommend inspecting the existing top mounts and associated components while the suspension is removed.

Yellow Speed Racing states that the Dynamic Pro Sport range can provide approximately 50mm-100mm of ride-height adjustment depending on application.

Actual Adjustment Range Varies by Vehicle

The quoted 50-100mm range applies to the wider Dynamic Pro Sport range and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed lowering range for every K13.

Actual achievable ride height depends on factors including:

Lower Isn't Always Better

Coilovers provide considerably greater control over ride height, but simply setting the vehicle as low as physically possible can negatively affect the way it drives.

Excessive lowering can result in:
