This RN configuration features 4kg/mm front and 4.5kg/mm rear spring rates and is designed specifically for FWD K13 models from 2010-2016 WITHOUT the anti-roll bar mounting tab on the front strut.

Please physically inspect your existing front suspension before ordering.

Different K13 suspension configurations exist, and registration year or engine specification alone should not be relied upon to identify the correct kit.

If your front anti-roll bar drop link attaches directly to a tab on the front strut, this is not the correct version for your vehicle.

The BR Series is BC Racing's popular performance coilover range, designed to provide a balance between handling, adjustability, build quality and road usability.

Each application is developed around the characteristics of the individual vehicle rather than relying on a single universal damper specification.

This makes the BR Series suitable for everything from lowered road cars and fast-road builds through to vehicles seeing regular track use.

46mm Piston & 53mm Damper Body

BC Racing BR Series coilovers use a large:

46mm Diameter Piston

within a:

53mm Diameter Damper Body

The larger damper body allows a greater volume of oil to be contained within the unit.

As a damper operates, movement generates heat within the oil. Because oil viscosity changes with temperature, excessive heat can affect damping behaviour.

The increased oil capacity of the BR Series helps control peak operating temperatures and maintain more consistent damper characteristics during demanding use.

4kg/mm Front & 4.5kg/mm Rear Spring Rates

This K13 kit is supplied with:

Front: 4kg/mm
Rear: 4.5kg/mm

These spring rates provide a more performance-focused suspension setup than the standard Nissan suspension while retaining a specification suitable for vehicles that may still see regular road use.

The result is a more controlled and direct suspension response, particularly during:

As with any performance suspension, expect a firmer ride compared with the original factory setup.

Adjustable Ride Height

⚠️ Front Top Mounts Not Included

The RN Series does not include replacement front top mounts.

The appropriate existing/OEM front mounting arrangement is therefore retained.

We strongly recommend inspecting the original:

• Bearings
• Rubber Components
• Mounting Hardware

during installation.

Any worn or damaged components should be replaced before fitting the new coilovers.

Rear Top Mount Arrangement

Depending on the specific application configuration, the rear suspension is supplied with rubber rear top mounts or without replacement rear top mounts.

This is normal for the RN configuration and depends on the mounting arrangement specified by BC Racing for the vehicle.

Coilovers provide considerably greater control over vehicle ride height, but excessive lowering can negatively affect the way the vehicle drives.
