Nissan Micra K11 M24 Supercharger Conversion Kit

This conversion is based around the widely available M24 supercharger found on various VAG Group TFSI engines. These units are readily obtainable from used and aftermarket sources, making them an affordable and accessible option for enthusiasts looking to add forced induction to their Micra project.

Please Note: The M24 supercharger unit itself is not included with this kit and must be sourced separately by the customer. The kit includes everything else required to mount and integrate the supercharger into your setup.

The supplied supercharger adapter neck is precision-machined and includes a pre-threaded M14 x 1.5 port, allowing for the installation of an aftermarket Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor. This is ideal for standalone ECU setups and advanced engine management systems.

The throttle body adapter neck incorporates an integrated 1/8" NPT threaded port, providing a convenient mounting location for aftermarket water-methanol injection systems or additional boost-related accessories.

The kit is supplied as standard with a larger drive pulley. This is because the M24 supercharger features a 2:1 internal step-up gearbox in the snout. Using the smaller factory pulley would cause the supercharger to over-speed at engine speeds above approximately 4,000 RPM, significantly reducing its service life.

For customers looking to increase boost pressure, we will also offer a range of smaller pulleys. However, this should be considered carefully. Higher supercharger speeds generate additional boost, but they also produce significantly more heat.

As this kit is designed without an intercooler or aftercooler, increased intake temperatures can quickly reduce power, increase the likelihood of engine detonation (knock), and place additional stress on both the engine and the supercharger.

Our recommended pulley has been selected to provide the best balance of performance, reliability, intake temperatures, and supercharger longevity.
