Nissan Micra K11 Front-Mounted Ramair Intake Kit

Maximise airflow and supply your engine with cooler, fresh air using our front-mounted intake kit for the Nissan Micra K11. Unlike conventional engine-bay intake systems, this kit positions the performance air filter directly behind the front grille.

High-Flow, Low-Profile Design

Using modern design and manufacturing techniques, we have developed a wide, flat-oval crossover tube that provides exceptional airflow while maintaining a low overall profile.

The internal cross-sectional area is equivalent to a 114mm (4.5-inch) diameter round tube, providing a large, unrestricted airflow path into the engine. The flat-oval profile also allows the crossover tube to clear the top of the engine while maintaining suitable clearance beneath the bonnet.

At the throttle-body end, an integrated bellmouth helps to guide the incoming air smoothly into the throttle body, reducing turbulence and improving airflow into the engine.

Engine Compatibility

This intake kit is suitable for both:

• Distributor-equipped CG engines
• Coilpack-equipped CG engines

Its low-profile design has been confirmed to clear our K11 strut braces. However, due to differences in the design and positioning of aftermarket braces, we cannot guarantee compatibility with strut braces manufactured by other companies.

Exhaust Manifold Compatibility

This intake kit has been designed to clear:

• Standard factory exhaust manifolds
• GizFab 4-2-1 manifolds
• GizFab Shorty manifolds
• GizFab 4-1 manifolds

Please note: This intake kit is not compatible with our UEL or Race-Spec exhaust manifolds. We cannot confirm fitment with other aftermarket manifolds.

SLS 3D-Printed PA12 Nylon Construction

The main intake components are manufactured from PA12 Nylon using the SLS 3D-printing process. This allows us to produce the complex flat-oval profile and integrated bellmouth while keeping the intake lightweight and durable. PA12 Nylon offers excellent resistance to heat, impact and vibration, making it ideally suited to use within the engine bay.

This kit is designed specifically for the Nissan Micra K11. Compatibility may be affected by non-standard engine conversions, relocated components or other aftermarket modifications.
