Osaka-Inspired Styling

The Devil Wing style takes inspiration from the exaggerated rear spoilers associated with Osaka's modified Kanjo car culture.

Rather than trying to look like a subtle factory spoiler, the Devil Wing is intentionally oversized, aggressive and unmistakably Japanese in its styling.

Our version has been shaped specifically for the Nissan Micra K10, bringing that distinctive look to a platform that was never originally offered with anything quite this ridiculous.

And that's exactly the point.

Single-Skin Fibreglass Construction

The spoiler is manufactured using a single-skin GRP construction.

This keeps the component relatively simple and lightweight while allowing the distinctive Devil Wing shape to be produced specifically for the K10 tailgate.

Because this is a single-skin fibreglass component rather than an injection-moulded or double-skinned OEM spoiler, it should be handled appropriately during preparation and installation.

It should not be excessively flexed, twisted or clamped during fitting.

⚠️ STANDARD TAILGATE ONLY

THE DEVIL WING MUST BE BONDED DIRECTLY TO THE K10 TAILGATE.

It cannot be bonded onto an existing factory or aftermarket spoiler.

If your vehicle currently has a spoiler fitted, this must be removed and the tailgate appropriately prepared before installation.

Do not attempt to install the Devil Wing on top of another spoiler.

The shape and bonding surfaces have been designed around direct contact with the tailgate itself.

Bond-On Installation

The Devil Wing is designed to be bonded directly to the tailgate using a suitable automotive body adhesive.

Correct surface preparation is extremely important.

Both the spoiler and tailgate bonding surfaces must be appropriately prepared and completely free from dirt, grease, wax and other contaminants before adhesive is applied.

The correct adhesive and preparation procedure should be selected by the professional carrying out the installation.

Bonding adhesive is not included unless specifically stated.

⚠️ GRP PREPARATION REQUIRED

This is an aftermarket GRP / fibreglass body component and some preparation should be expected before final paint and installation.

Depending on the individual component, preparation may include:

• Trial Fitting
• Sanding
• Minor Trimming
• Filling Minor Surface Imperfections
• Edge Finishing
• Finalising the Bonding Surface
• Primer Preparation
• Professional Paint Preparation

GRP components naturally have greater manufacturing tolerances than injection-moulded OEM plastic parts.

Minor surface imperfections, mould marks and small variations between individual components are normal and should be addressed as part of the preparation process.

Always fully trial-fit the spoiler before painting or permanently bonding it to the vehicle.

White Gel-Coat Finish

The spoiler is supplied with a white gel-coat finish.

The gel coat should be considered a manufacturing finish and not a final exterior paint finish.

For the best appearance and long-term durability, the component should be properly prepared, primed and painted by a professional bodyshop.

Professional Installation Required

This product should be installed by a suitably qualified technician or bodyshop experienced with aftermarket GRP components.

Before permanently bonding the spoiler, the installer must ensure:

• The Spoiler Fits Correctly Against the Tailgate
• All Bonding Surfaces are Correctly Prepared
• A Suitable Automotive Structural/Panel Adhesive is Used
• Adequate Adhesive Coverage is Achieved
• The Spoiler is Correctly Positioned
• The Tailgate Can Fully Open & Close
• There is Adequate Clearance from Surrounding Bodywork
• The Spoiler is Completely Secure Before the Vehicle is Used

The installer is responsible for ensuring the spoiler remains securely attached under the conditions and speeds at which the vehicle will be operated.

Motorsport & Off-Road Use Only

This product is intended for motorsport, show and off-road use only and is not intended for use on public highways.

The purchaser and installer are responsible for ensuring the spoiler is securely installed and suitable for the vehicle's intended use.

12-Month Warranty*

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from purchase.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion, where inspection confirms a manufacturing defect.

Due to the nature of GRP manufacturing, minor surface imperfections, mould marks and reasonable dimensional variations that can be corrected during normal preparation are not considered manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover preparation or paint costs, adhesive or installation costs, incorrect installation, inadequate bonding preparation, adhesive failure, modification, excessive material removal, damage caused during preparation or fitting, accident or impact damage, paint failure or damage resulting from misuse.

This is a modern aftermarket Osaka-inspired component and is not an original period Japanese accessory.
