This provides a comprehensive rear suspension upgrade rather than replacing or upgrading individual arms in isolation.

Why Fit Adjustable Rear Control Arms?

Changing the ride height of a vehicle can also change the position and operating angles of the suspension.

On a lowered or competition-prepared GTi-R, the standard fixed suspension arms may limit the amount of adjustment available when trying to achieve the desired rear geometry.

Adjustable arms provide additional scope to correctly configure the rear suspension around the vehicle's:

The important part isn't simply making the suspension adjustable. It's having the ability to set the rear geometry correctly for the vehicle.

Polyurethane Bushed

The arms use polyurethane bushes to reduce the unwanted compliance associated with soft or ageing factory rubber bushes.

This provides a more direct connection between the suspension and chassis, helping improve suspension feedback and response.

As with most uprated polyurethane suspension components, some increase in Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) may be experienced compared with the original rubber-bushed suspension.

This is an inherent characteristic of a more performance-focused suspension setup and is not considered a defect.

Yellow Zinc-Plated Adjusters

The adjustable sections feature a yellow zinc-plated finish to provide improved resistance against corrosion.

This is particularly useful for adjustable suspension components, where corrosion around exposed threaded sections can make future geometry adjustment difficult.

As with any adjustable suspension component, the threads should still be periodically cleaned and maintained, particularly on vehicles used throughout winter or exposed to road salt.

Powder-Coated Finish

The main arm assemblies are finished in a durable powder coat to provide additional protection against corrosion and give the complete kit a clean, professional finish.

Regular cleaning and inspection are still recommended, particularly on competition vehicles and cars used throughout the year.

Professional Installation & Geometry Setup Required

Professional installation by a suitably qualified technician is strongly recommended.

A full suspension geometry/alignment setup should be carried out following installation.

Simply installing adjustable suspension arms does not automatically improve vehicle handling. The arms must be correctly adjusted for the vehicle's ride height, suspension specification, tyres and intended use.

Incorrect or extreme suspension geometry can negatively affect:

• Overall Vehicle Predictability

All locking hardware should be correctly tightened after adjustment and periodically inspected.

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion, where inspection confirms a manufacturing or material defect.

The warranty does not cover normal wear or deterioration of polyurethane bushes, corrosion resulting from inadequate maintenance, accident or impact damage, incorrect installation, modification, incorrect adjustment, misuse or damage caused by defective surrounding suspension components.

Increased noise, vibration or harshness associated with polyurethane suspension bushes is an inherent characteristic of the product and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
