You've increased the power and torque of your car - but now you need a clutch that can deliver without slipping. Look no further! The higher clamp load of these Black Diamond clutches is designed to cope with increased torque and higher engine revs.

For those of you who want to push your road cars to the limit, we recommend these Black Diamond Stage 1 Fast Road Clutches. Their organic drive plates are made from spiral woven glass fibre with a heavy copper core, giving an extremely heat resistant robust material. They are made for use with a standard or mildly modified engine, where torque and power are 20 - 25% up from standard. These Stage 1 clutches are a great replacement for the standard clutch, being hard wearing, with smooth engagement and a burst strength of 9,000 rpm.

All Black Diamond clutches are designed as direct replacements to standard units using the original manufacturer's bolt holes. No modification of the flywheel is necessary and the standard clutch release mechanism can be retained. They come with either sprung or rigid drive plates according to whether the car has a single mass or dual mass flywheel, ensuring that the car's drive train is protected from shock loads.

Black Diamond offers a 90-day mechanical warranty on their performance clutch kits, but this warranty does not cover issues like judder or chatter, which are considered normal for performance clutches. The warranty is void if the product is used above the recommended power output, modified, or sold to a third party. To make a claim, you must have proof of purchase and contact them before returning any parts, and they will not be liable for any labour costs if a claim is not deemed valid.
