Daihatsu EF-JL GT15 Turbo Manifold

Developed specifically for the Daihatsu EF-JL engine, our GT15 Turbo Manifold combines advanced CAD design with additive manufacturing to create an extremely compact, high-flow manifold package.

Manufactured using 3D-printed stainless steel, the manifold’s internal geometry has been designed to maximise the limited space available while providing smooth, carefully directed exhaust-gas flow into the turbocharger.

Unlike a conventional fabricated log manifold, the additive manufacturing process allows each runner to begin transitioning directly from the cylinder-head flange. This makes far better use of the available space while creating internal shapes and flow paths that would be extremely difficult to reproduce using traditional tube fabrication.

This manifold design was developed for and featured on a Mighty Car Mods Daihatsu build, where its compact dimensions and 3D-printed construction allowed a GT15 turbocharger to be installed within an exceptionally restricted engine bay.

Professional installation is required. Due to the variety of turbochargers commonly described as “GT15,” customers should confirm their exact turbocharger flange, orientation and surrounding clearances before ordering.
